Overnight Parking

Until now there has been no public overnight parking in Cazenovia.
Overnight parking on the Riverside Drive property is now being offered on a monthly basis by the Village to residents who are in need of overnight parking.
The cost is $50.00/month.
A resident will have access to a reserved space on a 24 hour basis.
The police will patrol the area to insure that the proper cars are in the spaces and to insure proper security.
There are 20 spaces; one space is being reserved for daily overnight parking for people who need space for their guests; the others are available on a first come, first served basis.
Residents should apply at the Village office at 90 Albany St.
This plan is subject to termination as of Nov. 1, 2010, but it is likely to continue until construction begins on the Riverside Drive property.
The Village of Cazenovia would like to remind residents that overnight parking (2:00 a.m.-6:00 a.m.) is prohibited on all Village Streets, Parks and Municipal Parking Lots.
Any vehicle parked overnight on a Village street or parking lot will be issued a parking ticket and may be towed throughout the winter months (1-/15/08-4/15/08). All towing charges are at vehicle owner’s expense.
Any vehicles parked on or blocking a sidewalk will be ticketed and may also be towed.
